Shipping policy


We’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with care. 

Processing Time

  •  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  •  We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping is available on all orders of $50 or more.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. 
  • You can track your package directly on the United States Postal Service (USPS) website.

   Incorrect Address/Returned Packages

  •  Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  •  If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Damage Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We’ll work with you to make it right. Questions?
